Cancel at any point in the seven-day trial and no payment is ever taken.
Access ends at the end of the trial.
Cancel online in Settings → Plan and billing. You do not need to contact us.
Cancelling stops the subscription renewing. No further payment is taken.
You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We show you that exact date before you confirm.
Payments already taken for a period you have used are not refunded.
If we take a payment in error, we return it in full.
Your records are kept for 60 days after paid access actually ends, so you can come back without losing anything.
After that period they are removed.
Yearly billing is not on sale. No early-termination rule for yearly subscriptions is in force.
