The agreement between GEO and your business for using GeoListen and GeoEstimate.

GEO provides GeoListen and GeoEstimate as a subscription service to businesses in the United Kingdom.
These terms apply between GEO and the organisation named when the account is created. The person who buys the subscription becomes the owner of that organisation.
GEO is registered for VAT. Every price we advertise includes VAT at the prevailing rate.
GeoListen is £49.00 each month including VAT. GeoListen + GeoEstimate is £199.00 each month including VAT.
Yearly billing is not on sale at present.
Each eligible new organisation receives one seven-day free trial.
A payment card is collected when the trial is set up. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe. Nothing is charged today.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first VAT-inclusive payment is attempted on the eighth day, and the subscription then renews on that basis.
What your organisation can use comes from the plan you buy. Being the owner decides what you are allowed to administer, not what the plan includes.
GeoEstimate is offered as early access. Features described as in development are not yet available and are not part of what you are buying today.
Recordings, transcripts, customers, sites, jobs and estimates belong to your organisation.
We keep them private to your organisation and use them to provide the service to you.
You may cancel online at any time in Settings → Plan and billing.
We may suspend or end the service for non-payment or misuse, and will tell you why.
